All things in life all happen for a reason or a lesson, which ever one it is it teaches you something. Positive mind leads to a positive life. Surround yourself with people that make you stronger, happier and most of all make you laugh, because as they say laughter is the best medicine, not to mention way better than any anti epileptic medication no side effects what so ever, unless you are on the floor laughing so hard that your stomach hurts 😂 . Life isn't easy there is not a easy route, no short cuts, you have to ride the never ending roller coaster of ups and down but is all about finding that balance to stand on two feet with your head hold high. I have thought of this myself recently and I can name a few things, for me I'm grateful for my wonderfully supportive parents and family, friends and my boyfriend of three years, I'm grateful for my past, present and future, whatever that holds on thankful for because in my past I have learnt things I might not of learnt now that's my lesson, my present is a reason and my purpose for this life. Start to think of all the things your grateful for, take a moment, I'm sure you all can think of a few. We might have epilepsy but for myself I'm grateful for it, well mainly because its made me stronger and a fighter and I'm gonna continue to kick epilepsy's ass if it tries to mess with me, It's been a lesson I've had to learn over the years. Epilepsy has taught me to have perseverance. But at the same time I hate it. Thing is we tend to forget and next thing we know even without knowing it we take things for granted. Let me know in the comments what you are grateful for.
