Support System

Having an support system surrounding you is vital for an healthy life, having the people you trust and care for always having your back, to be able to vent and express your feelings without being judged. I've gone through a lot in the last month or so and I've had endless support from my epilepsy family and friends and especially my parents and partner. Toxicity can weigh you down and put too much strain on your shoulders to carry that around you all the time. But people start to notice when times get tough they hear it in your voice the see it in your facial expressions and your body language. They start to take that weight off you one piece at an time until it's no longer there. To all the people that have supported me during this time I thank you for that. Know that I'd do the same for you all in an heartbeat.
